A beautiful Hindu, English & Chinese wedding at Ardington House: Anneka & Danny
This wedding had it all, a beautiful bride, a debonair groom, an English country mansion, three ceremonies. Say what? Three? Yes! Three ceremonies, in one day. First was the traditional Hindu ceremony with all it’s lovely symbolism and colour. Then on the beautiful island in the grounds of the wonderful Ardington House the British ceremony took place, quite appropriately under a sky looming with the threat of rain. What could be more British than that? The gods were smiling on Anneka and Danny though and the dark clouds were blown away and the sun came to play for the Chinese tea ceremony. Whilst close family drunk to the couple’s happiness their guests sparkled in their saris on the Oxfordshire gardens. Then more delicious food, some lovely words and awesome dancing ensued and I was a very happy photographer. When things are this pretty my job really is easy. Plus I had the marvellous eye of Kate from Depict by my side to help me. Here’s a little taste of the day.
