A Garden Party Wedding at Wasing Park: Nicola & Ed
Sometimes, a wedding is just utterly perfect. The setting, the light, the style and, of course, the bride and groom. Nicola and Ed and their beautifully designed, ultra relaxed garden party at Wasing Park was one of those weddings. I fell a little bit in love with them both and, judging by the amount of joy and adoration from their guests, I wasn’t alone. The atmosphere was jubilant, guests supped ales, played badminton and croquet, feasted on Paella and Ed’s opera singer mum even serenaded the crowd. Wasing Park’s Terrace Garden has to be, hands down, my very favourite English venue. With it’s Victorian conservatories filled with lush vegetation and stunning walled garden and a few little cottages for the bridal party it’s nestled in the middle of a woodland and it feels like a beautiful abandoned estate that the bride and groom have magically discovered. It’s the ideal setting for a secluded summer wedding which is worlds away from other wedding venues. Here you can make your celebration truly your own and Nicola and Ed did just that. See for yourselves just how effortlessly stylish and perfectly planned this wedding is (as well as phenomenally lively!) and I bet you’ll fall a little bit in love too.
